Are you an experienced MEP Lead with a strong electrical background?

Join a Tier 1 Main Contractor working on a high-profile Data Centre project in County Louth. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the MEP function on a cutting-edge, large-scale project.

The Role:

As an MEP Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all MEP aspects of the project, ensuring seamless integration of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead MEP coordination with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
✅ Oversee electrical systems design, installation, and integration with MEP services.
✅ Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specs.
✅ Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
✅ Conduct quality control inspections and resolve technical issues.
✅ Collaborate with site teams to optimize MEP installation efficiency.
✅ Provide leadership to MEP teams, subcontractors, and consultants.

Requirements:

🔹 Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant trade background.
🔹 Proven MEP leadership experience on large-scale construction projects.
🔹 Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
🔹 Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-discipline teams.
🔹 Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Package:

💰 €110k DOE + vehicle/car allowance, pension.

📍 Location: County Louth
⏳ Duration: 18+ months (Then on to another Project in and around this location)
