About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Technical role rather than boots on the ground) to join a well-established, family-run property developer delivering a state-of-the-art logistics development in South Dublin. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the technical coordination of the logistics development, ensuring compliance with Irish Building Regulations, BC(A)R, and planning conditions.
Manage the design process, working closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver a high-spec industrial development.
Develop and maintain project schedules ensuring milestones are met.
Handle procurement and contracts, working with Quantity Surveyors (QS) to manage costs and subcontractor appointments.
Liaise with key stakeholders, including local authorities, utility providers and statutory bodies.
Ensure all work is delivered to the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and efficiency.
Provide regular project updates and technical reports to senior management.
Requirements
✅ 5+ years experience in technical project management within commercial, logistics, or industrial construction.
✅ Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
✅ Strong understanding of Irish Building Regulations, BC(A)R, and Public Works Contracts (PWC).
✅ Proficiency in project scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
✅ Experience managing design teams, consultants, and contractors.
✅ Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
