Location: Dublin, Ireland
Salary: Up to €130,000 + Benefits + Bonus

Are you a dynamic, driven Contract Manager ready to take charge of high-profile projects with one of Ireland's leading Tier 2 contractors? This is your chance to lead Residential, Retail, Hotel and Commercial projects typically around the €40m value per project with a sliding scale between €15m and €60m. You’ll oversee multiple sites across the Dublin region, driving performance and quality every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the delivery of complex, Medium-scale projects.

• Ensure flawless contract execution from start to finish.

• Manage client relationships and guide your team to success.

• Mitigate risks and solve challenges on the fly.

What You Need:

• Proven experience in managing major contracts (€20m+).

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results.

• Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
