Role: Site Engineer with scope to evolve into Site/Project Management
About the Role: Our client, a leading residential developer, is seeking a talented and driven Site Engineer to join their team on the Rock Gate project in Midleton. This exciting role offers the opportunity for significant career progression, with the potential to grow into a Site/Project Management role as the project advances.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring seamless execution of the project.
Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and the site team to ensure timely completion of work to the highest standards.
Provide technical support and advice on-site, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
Assist in planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress.
Contribute to the technical and management aspects of the project.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in residential development.
Strong understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and site management.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Independent, proactive, and able to demonstrate problem-solving capabilities.
Benefits:
Competitive salary between €50,000 and €65,000, based on experience.
