With a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and excellence, they are now seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team on an exciting pharmaceutical project in County Meath.
The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of this high-profile pharma project, ensuring cost control, procurement, and financial reporting are managed effectively. You will work closely with project teams to ensure commercial success while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full commercial management of the project.
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and performance.
Conduct regular cost reporting, forecasting, and risk analysis.
Ensure all financial aspects of the project align with contractual obligations.
Work collaboratively with site and design teams to optimise project delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and clients.
Requirements
6+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally in construction or pharmaceutical projects.
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.
Strong commercial awareness and cost management skills.
Experience working with developers or main contractors.
Knowledge of contract law and construction contracts.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
