Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for an exciting new challenge? Our client, a leading main contractor with a turnover of €150 million, is seeking a talented professional to join their team. You’ll play a key role in a large residential development project in Blanchardstown.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the quantity surveying process, from initial estimates through to final accounts.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Prepare and assess tender documents and contracts.

• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering.

• Monitor project progress and implement cost control measures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably within the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of residential development projects.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying.
