They are now seeking a talented Project Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview: As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will:
Manage all financial aspects of construction projects, from initial cost estimates to final accounts.
Ensure projects are completed within budget and maximize value without compromising on quality.
Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to achieve successful project outcomes.
Handle contract administration, risk management, and procurement processes.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and financial control.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
