Your Mission:

As a Project Manager working on this major education project, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the project, ensuring successful outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. You will manage all stakeholders and communicate effectively with both the project team and the wider community. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing operational, strategic, and contractual direction for the project team.

  • Leading by example in health, safety, and environmental matters, conducting safety tours, and actively supporting HSQE initiatives.

  • Driving quality delivery through effective planning and ensuring right-first-time execution.

  • Maintaining a cost-conscious approach and promoting the efficient use of resources.

  • Fostering strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to promote repeat business.

  • Overseeing the preparation, monitoring, and updating of realistic programmes and schedules.

  • Ensuring all method statements, activity plans, and risk assessments are prepared and regularly reviewed.

  • Ensuring strong commercial and financial management practices are in place and followed.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven individual with:

  • A degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

  • Significant experience as a Project Manager or Senior Agent within construction.

  • Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.

  • Proven track record in construction project delivery and large team management.

  • In-depth knowledge of building regulations and certification standards.

  • Strong ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.

  • A self-motivated individual capable of working on your own initiative.
