Senior Project Manager – Dublin/Leinster Region - €80k - €110k

Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking a Project Manager to join their team in the Dublin/Leinster region. This role offers the opportunity to lead and deliver exciting projects primarily in the residential and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery
Oversee the management, coordination, and execution of on-site activities and resources to meet agreed project targets.
Implement and deliver project objectives with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Quality, Commercial outcomes, and Programme timelines.
Team Leadership
Lead, manage, and inspire team members, fostering a high-performance culture by developing people to their full potential.
Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders.
Innovation and Planning
Promote continuous improvement and best practices across the team and wider project delivery group.
Explore and implement new methodologies, technologies, and approaches to enhance project outcomes.
Engage in effective short- to medium-term project planning to mitigate risks and meet stakeholder expectations.
Specific Requirements
A relevant third-level degree in Engineering.
A minimum of 10+ years of post-qualification experience, with all-round expertise, including groundwork, envelope, and fit-out activities.
Proven experience managing large-scale residential and commercial projects.
Strong capability in site management, coordination, and delivery of on-site activities.
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
