Groundworks Foreman – Warehouse Development

💰 Salary: €70,000 – €75,000 + Van & Fuel Card

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Groundworks Foreman to oversee the external works on a major warehouse development in Naas, Co. Kildare. This is a key role managing access roads, car parking, service yards, remaining drainage and site services, landscaping, and realignment works on the public road outside the development.

You’ll be responsible for supervising the works and ensuring they are completed to the highest standards, while two dedicated site engineers handle all setting out duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of external works and groundworks.

• Supervise site teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient progress.

• Ensure high standards of health & safety and quality are maintained.

• Liaise with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders.

• Solve on-site challenges and keep projects on schedule.

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience as a Groundworks Foreman on similar projects.
✅ Strong background in external works, drainage, roads, and site services.
✅ Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to coordinate site teams efficiently and work to tight deadlines.
✅ Full, valid driving licence.
